I Have been a part of the millitary community my whole life.  As a dependant we moved 9 times that I can remember.  As a 30 year Active Duty member I moved my family another 11 times.  I know what it's like to PCS both as a dependant and as a Service Member.  We've personally bought and sold homes all over the country using VA and Conventional Loans.  Now I want to help my military community with their housing needs.  So I have several programs.


Certified Military Relocation Professional The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members. The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.  What does this mean to you?  It means I have the education to go along with my experience to help Military Families.

Joint Base Lewis McChord PCS Pay-It-Forward Facebook GroupI am the JBLM Ambassador for the local PCS Pay-It-Forward Group.  This is a nationwide network of military affiliated Realtors that know what it's like to move and want to help our military families find a home.  The rental service is Free and it is a volunteer service provided only for military families.

Savvy Homebuyer Eductation Facebook Group Savvy Homebuyer is a FREE service that is not just for military families but it definately is aimed at the military buyer.  You will find videos, links, and other educational material designed to educate you throughout the home buying process.
